St. Luke

·      Doctor

·      Historical narrative for the Gospel and the Acts

·      As Luke was not an eye witness of Jesus he gathered information from the apostles

·      Followed St. Paul and Mother Mary

o   “Luke is the only one with me.”  (2 Timothy 4)

·      “The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few; so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest.”

·      “Your friends make known, O Lord, the glorious splendor of your Kingdom.”
