Forgiveness

If your brother sins, rebuke him;

and if he repents, forgive him.

And if he wrongs you seven times in one day

and returns to you seven times saying, ‘I am sorry,’

you should forgive him.”

·      God’s generosity vs. us!

·      Forgiveness is a challenge for us sinners

·      We will take God’s forgiveness easily…but will we forgive others?

·      “…and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us”

We can always grow in forgiveness
